Help with meaning "Russian - Translated"

Recently I have been seeing a lot of knitting pattern that have Russian - Translated in the title.

Does this mean that the pattern has been translated into Russian, or that it is English translated from the Russian?

I don't know any Russian, so I don't want to accidentally buy a Russian knitting pattern.I don't want to assume.
