30 MB. ??? Here are only files allowedwith a maximum of 10 MB
In the meantime files up to 100 MB are allowed.
Hello,
Have you refreshed the page?
It has always solved the issue for me Hi! Refreshing always work for me, don't worry you won't lose the coins of the purchase :) if it still doesn't work, you can ask an admin to help :) The error must have been cached in your browser.
* Clear your browser cache
* Try with a different browser
Hope that helps! first step:_ buy pattern
second step:
press F5- refresh the page
and it works now I've had this problem a few times now.
It happens with both Windows and IOS operating systems.
However, it only affects files that are larger than 30 MB.
A refresh with F5 or Shift+F5 was not successful at all for me. It takes longer with Firefox and Windows than with Safari or Brave on IOS.
I finally managed it with Chrome for Windows after several attempts.
Trying again and again is the only solution.
It is not lost. You can always go back to iBooks and try again. It “only” takes patience.
Maybe and quite simply, rename the archive!!!! I have already encountered this problem!!!!

How can you rename an archive if you don't even have the option to download it? The origin webserver causes the time-out.
The connection to the origin web server was made, but the origin web server timed out before responding. The likely cause is an overloaded background task, database or application, stressing the resources on your web server. To resolve, please work with your hosting provider or web development team to free up resources for your database or overloaded application
