It is way too much work for mods to edit the price of previously posted patterns to equalize and make old pattern costs more fair. Users will want to post patterns at high costs to make up for this deficit, which in turn will make the problem worse...So, changing the rate at which coins can be earned messes up a lot of stuff at once! Personally, I have been a member of the site for less than 6 months. There is a very warm and personable vibe from the community here. There is genuine human interaction that is difficult to find on any social media site. This community should be protected.
