    colourfast means willthe colour stay the same when I wash it:)
if the colour washes out or runs then it's not colourfast
your english is very good by the way :)

Thanks for the explanation and the compliment! After I dyed the fabric, I only washed it once so far, and the colour didn't wash out, it stay the same.
But I don't know if it if washed repeatedly. :D

Does the Aida doesn't shrink when dyed?

Of course we all know that it should never be laundered prior to craft work because it tends to contract when the finished item is washed in soap and water. please enlighten me on this one.. thanks
