It's a lovely scene!   You've made an excellent start.   I mark my page lines only when I grid so I know roughly where I am at!   I only mark the page I am working on too as I really want to get started and not be bothered with extensive gridding!  :)  I'll do the next page, when I get to it so it's not such a chore!
