You can reload the page, and click the file again, it should start automatically downloading. It sometimes takes a while to 'register', but you can just wait a bit longer before reloading the page and clicking the file again.

If it's a design that needed you to Buy Attachment, after clicking Buy Attachment, click on the file  to download.  I had to click a few times before it finally downloaded - not sure what is the issue.  But before you click download again, check if points have been deducted by clicking Credit. Credit page will display all the points you spent.
