Tested my speed and its very fast but it can't open a forum or even a thread on PinDIYwithout having to wait for ages and then I will be lucky if it ever opens.

Sometimes it gets extremely slow (both on cellphone and PC) other just works normal.
It also depends on the network I am using, although I can't understand why (similar bandwidth)...
