Instructions:
  • Prepare the Pork (if using):

    • In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Add the pork belly and sauté until browned and fat has rendered out. Remove the pork from the pan and set it aside.

    • Add the string beans (sitaw) to the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
