How much time others finish plushies doesn’t matter at all, you don’t know how much time they have and they may publish various photos at once for convenience although they began the first project a long time ago, so you don't really know. It is far better to take your time and enjoy the process and aim for the best result you can reach for your level with the time you have. You are the one to be pleased with the result and plushies won't show how mucht time you took to make them but how much care you took to make them. Enjouy your crocheting and have a good day !

Me personally I get excited when start a new project so I tend to be really fast and spend all my time at first but then I usually slow down and take some rest while crocheting. Those rests can also be like a day or two lol after this I usually crochet at a normal speed, some hours per day until my project is finished
