I thought the same thing and couldn’t ask for help because I was at level zero and it wouldn’t let me do anything so I had to go over to the e-book site and ask for help there. I then found that it happened to other people to, so I wasn’t the only one in the family of panic people. Lol

I was panicking until I managed to contact another person from here, who turned out to have exact same issue, so once we figured out that it was some broader issue rather than ban, all that was left to do was calm down and wait :D
