Problem with opening a new thread in the "Post new Patterns & Magazine" area

Dear all,

Just wondering if there is currently a problem with opening new threads in the "Post new Patterns & Magazine" area?
When I click "New" button, there is a message appears on the screen "Sorry, you are not allowed to post thread in this forum, please click here to view details".
And then nothing happens :(
I have tried different browsers but without any success.

Posting new diary works fine.

Hello.
