If they are waiting in the Post new patterns they were probably moved to the section of the patterns or they were moved to recycle if they were a duplicate. If you were looking at them in the Pattern section check next page. They should be there.
You can even go through the search function to look for them if you remember the title or the author.
If you like certain patterns you can put them in Favorits (look under the line of Tweet, F like, In share...) you have 4 buttons: Favorites, Rate, Collection and Like. If you click on Favorites it's put in your favorits. You can acess your favorites through My center and then Favorites. There you have a list on all the favorits you liked and you can also delete them from the list if you so choose.

Так что это не сбой, а новые правила сайта. Схемы могут смотреть только те. у кого уровень. начиная со 2
