The designer is Fujiko Takagi. This design was published in a magazine called 1000 Mailles issue number 243. They have many beautiful designs but I am not sure of the name of this particular design though

I cannot find it. And it annoys me, because I've seen that pattern before. I tried with google image search and bing. No luck.

If it was made in the brioche, it could be Tatsiana/lillabjorncrochet. She has made several beautiful crochet mandala patterns (rugs, pillows etc). You can find her as Lilla Bjorn on Ravelry.
