I cannot find it. And it annoys me, because I've seen that pattern before. I tried with google image search and bing. No luck.

If it was made in the brioche, it could be Tatsiana/lillabjorncrochet. She has made several beautiful crochet mandala patterns (rugs, pillows etc). You can find her as Lilla Bjorn on Ravelry.
Also looks similar in style as the designer Mark Roseboom/theguywiththehook.
