Las fibras vegetales (lino, algodón...) no tienen tanta elasticidad y normalmente me producen dolor. Alterna tejiendo con lanas de origen animal que tienen mucha más elasticidad y son menos dolorosas de tejer.
Busca en youtube estiramientos para manos y muñecas, hay muchos videos. Y descansa. Si te duele, para hasta que te deje de doler. O llegará un momento en que tengas una lesión permanente.

I read somewhere that they have special ergonomic knitting needles that are supposed to help with the pain. I have arthritis in my hands, and I have the crochet hooks, but haven't gotten the needles yet. I need to do some more research on the best ones.
