I believe level 1 is 80 read permission and level 2 is 90. Unable to download pattern

I'm trying to download a pattern for the Agnete Cardigan but get the notice, "Sorry, only specified members can download attachments" when I try to do so. Hovering over the attachment link, I also see the line, "Read permissions: 90". Help!

it's based on your DIY level/credits on the top right corner of the screen. I believe level 1 is 80 read permission and level 2 is 90. So you would have to have to grind some credits to reach DIY 2 lol.
