This was before the new rule was introduced.  (not to post single charts from magazines)
I plead for not removing this. They are old patterns, and the only way for users to get them.

download quota is above average - over 200 users - and not everyone wants an old magazine to go with it

But if full magazines is uploaded, the charts will get removed. Not likely, though.
