It has been a hard couple of weeks having to fly back to South Africa to arrange a funeral but really lovely to see my other family members.

I had taken this doll on the flight to keep me busy and my 89 year old Aunt fell in love with her. It has been so difficult to get her done as we are constantly experiencing load shedding sitting for hours in the dark but thankfully I got her done the day before I am scheduled to leave.

She is one of my best dolls I have done and the pattern is an absolute pleasure to work with.
