Recently I downloaded a pattern of Wednesday and Enid in Spanish as there wasn't one in English. I do speak Spanish even though it's not my mother tongue and with the help and information provided in the pattern, I could more or less read it. There's one thing, however, that no matter how much I searched on the internet and in the pattern, there's not an explication and I have no idea what it could be.
This word is head that appears 3 times in the pattern. I'd be really grateful if anyone who speaks Spanish and knows what that is helped me. These are the 3 instances this word appears in the pattern.

Head is cabeza in english, head does not exist in Spanish.
Do you have instructions to make a head?
Is this the pattern? https://www.pindiy.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=563116

Yeah I figured that head didn't mean anything in Spanish. I searched on my dictionary, googled it trying to find out if it's an abbreviation of some sort but didn't find anything.
There are instructions on how to make the head and they're clear, at least I don't have a problem with that. This head word appears on Wednesday's hair and Enid's backpack. If it was only on Enid's backpack I wouldn't even bother, but I wouldn't want Wednesday's hair come out looking funny. :D
This is the name of the pattern, Calypso Boutiquee - Geraldine Chirinos de Souza - Merlina Addams and Enid Sinclair - Spanish.
