I have found the author, but not a pattern.

The moth is actually a snail, made by Elisabeth Doherty on flickr (search for snailset11).

The mushroom is either made by her, or by Lique's Handmade.

Unfortunately Ms. Doherty's picture is from 2006, so it might be impossible to find the mushroom pattern. The snail is on this site.
