I have that same problem since several days ago, but now looking at this and some other posts I notice that is not my connection or the computer.
I will try to do what you have suggested here to see if something works. For now the only solution I found usefull was open all in new tabs but that one doesn't work to add to collections.

Yes, same problem here as well.  I was able to purchase a couple of patterns yesterday morning but last night and today it won't work.  I click the pattern link, click buy, and get a rectangular box that says "Loading" with a spinning arrow that never does anything.  I refreshed the window, cleared cookies, and restarted my computer.  I tried on my ipad as well and it won't work, so it isn't a device problem.  It must be something with the site.

The same problem. I cannot add anything to a collection, to pay. I was able to add rating  and to download something i had downloaded in the past.

right click on the file link and click on copy address location then paste it in a different browser. usualy solves the issue for me
