Hi! And welcome to you too. I'm still trying to figure out how to do that Youtube Task but it seems that the problem is more something from the Google account that blocks the ways to finish the task. If I found how to solve that part I'm going to tell you because it seems to be a common problem...
The other you say is to complete another task that of course if you not complete the channel subscription you can't activate that one. At least that is what I understood when trying to complete the tasks.
