I'm new here and I had that same problem with the code, but thanks to Turquoise I finally found the code :)
It is where she said, at the up side right corner of the video, you only have to watch it and the code shows around there. If you can't find it you can check in the preview of the video and you can see in what part it can be.

make sure you have the closed captioning turned on. I have mine on English closed captioning and it works fine.
