Can you update a collection that\'s not yours

I've recently seen new patterns offered that would fit into collections I've subscribed to.  Can I add these patterns, or does the creator of the collection have to?

It has to be the creator of the collection. It sucks, because (for instance) there have been new Wentzler patterns posted on the forum, and the last time the Wentzler collection was updated was apparently 2013.

On the plus side, there is nothing stopping you from creating your own collection of the same things but with new things added!

Not to necro this thread, but the lack of updating finally annoyed me enough that I made my own Wentzler collection! Unfortunately I can't link to it, but if you go to the TW Fire Dragon post, it's the only collection on there.

I did a search on all scanned cross stitches and also the leaflets/magazines as well. I haven't included repaints in there: I may do a seperate collection for repaints if you think I should.
