Then there are some people replying to my bounty thread
But I cannot see their reply, it just shows "Replies visible to author only", but I am the author of the bounty thread.
does anyone know how to solve this?

You can't see the replies because of privacy.
Moet of the replies will be ,,thanks for sharing" or very nice.
If someone upload the pattern,a moderator have to approve it and send it to the right section.
After approving,the moderators will let you know where to find the pattern.
Sometimes a bounty is solved in only one day,but others take months or years to be solved.
So you have to be patients please.
