Save the pattern in your cloud (Android and iOS work differently) then access to it from your pc  or connect yor smartphone to the pc with the usb cable.

You can check it here : www.pindiy.com/ibooks/ and you don't have to pay again to download it on other device if you're using the same account on your phone and computer
