Help - cant download patterns

Hi I'm new here and I'm trying to figure out how to download patterns. I paid the gold coins but when I click on the link it opens a new tab that closes itself after a second, but the downloading doesn't start. Can someone help me with this?

There you will find all patterns you have downloaded.
Click on the file you want to download.
And try to download it again. Its free now,you don't have to pay again.
If if still not works,you can report it here.
