I'm fairly new and I have been really struggling with the app. It let me log in at first and i watched the ads but I was never able to claim any of the gold coins :( Now it wont even let me log in and the error is in chinese so I'm not even sure what the issue might be.
Can someone please help me understand how to get back into the app and then actually claim the bonus??

Not that i know. What you can try is remove the app. Wait 1 day and install it again. Maybe that works. If that doesn't work, i don't know what you can do more. Sorry.
