I have a question on Bounty Requests.

If the Bounty is easily available from the two main download sites what are the chances of it being filled for non-residents of USA?  I know it's a waiting game but are a lot of the requested Bounty's filled?  It seems to me that amigurumi's are very popular but I would like a clothing pattern that sells for +/- $6 and those sort of patterns stick around in Bounty for a long time because clothing, beanies are not as popular.

I also know that the more coins you add the luckier you should be....maybe!  But I have see Bounties with huge amounts still waiting to be fulfilled.
