Problem with hourly bonus and "awaiting tasks"

since yesterday i cannot collect the hourly coins assigned to my level 4. everybody hourly bonus works a lvl.  4 hourly bonus didn't work.
the "awaiting task" tab is still not working.  I get an error all the time.
