Hi! I think they have a post on that in one of the forums, but the best way is to check in the task area, and don't forget to claim your hourly, they give you 20 coins. Also I feel you, that's how I get mine too! I think they also have the weekly watch YT video task that give 500, hope this helped :D
Edit: Also you can go to Settings> Points> Points Manage and there's a list there "[size=12px]If the following actions occure, you will get reward points. However, in a cycle, the number of awards you get is limited."[/size]
