trying to do this right can some tell me if im posting patterns right and not just posting for members to view my page when i click on my link i dont see any where i click to download the pdf

Yep, you've done the posting right! You are supposed to see a message telling you that "This post contain more resources. Your user group does not have permission to access attachments". This appears the same to everyone before the thread gets moderated. This is to avoid people downloading attachments before they get checked by the moderators and potentially wasting their coins on attachments that would get recycled for various reasons.

However, it is not the answer to the bounty. That is specifically looking for Hanne Larsen's Nutcracker. The attachment you've uploaded is the Annies Attic - Karin Strom - 870912 Crochet Nutcracker Collection book, which is already on the site: //www.pindiy.com//forum.php ... posttime=1662960227 This time you've got lucky, because your upload is slightly better quality than the one already on the site, so it won't be recycled, the old thread will. But always assume that if something is already on the site, and there isn't a notice about it being incomplete, bad quality, or having other issues, there is no need to upload it again.

Please note that the site has a books and magazines section too, so when you're posting those, you can choose the "Crochet Knitting magazines|Books" from the dropdown menu instead of Crochet Pattern.

Another important thing: in the thread title always write exactly the same title and the same designer you see on the pattern, not something different, as you did in this thread. Also, please pay attention to the proper order: company/shop name - designer's name - product code - pattern title, not pattern title - designer's name - company/shop name.

A minor detail, the "Toys and hobbies - Craft" category is for crochet hook holders, tape measure covers, pincushions, etc. (so a utility you are using while crafting, not something you've made through a craft).

Edit: One more thing and this is a biggie: Never change anything at the bottom of the page at either "Additional Options", "Read permissions" or "Thread price". These can cause errors with the thread, or make you actually lose GC instead of earning. Or it could set reading permission to the thread itself (as you did with this one) or could set a price for viewing the thread, both of which are not permitted.
