We get this question a lot. SAGA files are currently not allowed at all on the site, because it needs specific software to open (for those who are interested, it can be found here, it runs on Android phones, to make it run on PC you'll need an emulator program such as Bluestacks), but @Fox01 could probably better explain the reason.
