Hello. I am wondering if anyone is familiar with a way to translate pdf files besides the copy methods. Thanks for any suggestions.

You can convert them from pdf to word file, I use online pdf converter like smallpdf and ilovepdf to convert it, then translate it from the word file. After you're finished you can convert it back to pdf with the same online converter (smallpdf or ilovepdf, or any pdf converter you normally use).

Oh and you can also use the find & replace feature when you're editing so you don't have to type terms like sc, dec, inc over and over. Just be sure to check it again when you're done ;)  Post time 2022-3-26 14:40

If you have Adobe Acrobat Pro, you can directly edit the text in the PDF. However, it depends on whether they put the text as images, or as standard text boxes in the PDF. (most people use text box I think)

I have an iPhone and when I download and open a pdf and select a bit of text there’s an option to translate it. Thai translation is not currently supported yet, unfortunately
