I've download the app and watched the ads and then refreshed the task page but it's not showing that i've watched them. Is this a know issue? And how do i manage to fix it please???

you need to use the exact same identifiants (don't forget majuscules etc), maybe delete the app and start again from zero

Try to log out and in again. I had the same problem today. I think it is because the website was down yesterday For me it worked fine after log out and in..  Post time 2021-12-18 21:11

I’ve done it about ten times logging out and back in to both sites, with correct usernames and still not working. Any idea when it’s going to be fixed?
