This is a garland made of paper that is made in China. In The Netherlands we have this garland (and more) hanging in our living rooms for a birthday boy or girl. Now we have the paper versions that are 'collapsible' by pulling the string on the end.
And the fun is this one is the same + same colouring but a crochet version. That is why many Dutch ladies are so happy with this pattern!
I'll moderate the English version today for you as it just came in :)
