You need to pay 1 coin to be able to download one of the rar files - which means you will need to click on it TWICE, once to buy it and second to download it. That means you need 21 coins to download both files and pay the 1 coin extra. When you've downloaded both rar files then unrar them. You will get four jpegs which are the complete chart and key.
