Then you'll have to pay the person who uploaded the pattern onto the site. Some choose not to post an amount - very rare these days - some ask for huge sums! They can also decide to ask for an amount for each file if they're downloading something like a book or magazine, which can work out as pretty pricey. As others have mentioned there are a few problems with the site at the moment so we'll just have to wait and see if they sort it out! It's been a little better for me this last few hours, but still only working half the time. It doesn't charge you again to re-download either. I'm shiny new here so I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I looked for a help topic on this but maybe just missed it?

I just bought a pattern but the download didn't automatically start. This has happened a couple of times already and if I click the attachment link again, it begins the download. This time however it did not and it is saying I have to have more coins to buy it (I had just enough coins to buy it the first time.) It shows up as bought in my Points Log but I haven't been able to download it.

Help please?

If you have already paid for a download and the download failed you can click on ibooks to locate the DL post and try again - you won't pay again theoretically!! I can't DL anything for several days.  Post time 2017-10-30 17:14
