You are limited when you first join but I can see you've gotten some coins and credits so you're doing something very right!!! Receiving credits is a formula based on how many posts and tasks you do - every so many equals a credit. I'm sure someone more informed than I can give you that information. I think I remember reading somewhere that every 10 posts equals 1 credit so it can be rather slow going.
