Modify Avatar-How to upload an image as your own Avatar

First Step:  Go to Settings (Main page-above)
                  click on Modify Avatar:

Modify avatar 1-crop.jpg


Second Step: click on BROWSE,
                      a new window will be open and you can select an image from your PC

                      the image will be uploaded automatically,
                        sometimes it runs through and you'll need a second try to upload

Third Step:  Move your mouse over the images and and select whatever you want
                    and confirm



Modify avatar 2-crop.jpg



Forth Step:  your avatar is ready now.
                   Please click on confirm and it's done !!

Finish:  Go back to the mainpage and clic on F5 on your keyboard             your new avatar should be there now

Sometimes it needs a bit time, just try logout and log in agin.

Does anyone know when the avatar issue will be fixed? It wont let me upload a new avatar and it's been like that since I signed up which was about 2 weeks ago.

I don't know what's going on with my avatars. I do all the steps but there is always a message in Chinese, Thai or English saying: "undefined". After a few days the avatar is changed but not seen in its entirety.
