What projects did you do in this technique? Hats, gloves, scarves, socks?
I did bookmarks to learn how to doubleknit and several potholders. Knitting potholders in this technique with cotton yarn results in really good isolating due to the resulting thick fabric.
What I want to try in near future is to use this technique for fingerless gloves. I'm thinking about the free pattern "Cheesehands" by Julia Mueller. There is also a matching hat available, called "Cheesehead".
This technique is worth learning! Both sides of the work look very tidy and you get reversed colours on the both sides. In my opinion it is much easier than stranded knitting.
