I tried using these because I don't have bobbins but in reality it wasn't thaaat practical. It's very chunky and they fall off very easily BUT it was a good alternative!

thats a great idea! you can go to a cheap store and get heaps of paddlepop sticks cheap and then just use a hole puncher to make the hole in the top

I cut shiny cardboard into floss holders and buy storage boxes to keep it neat, clean and not smelly. Lolol. I'm up for any other ideas.
