It doesn't really matter which way you do it. I always use a full cross stitch because I like the beads to lay up and down versus on an angle. Just wondering if there is a right way to stitch beads on cross stitch. Using full cross stitch so that the beads lay straight up and down or half cross stitch so that the beads lay diaagonally?.

I find that a full 'x' stitch works best too. gets a bit fiddly to put the second stitch through but if you use a fine point needle, it makes life a lot easier :)

I have never done a full cross when attaching beads.  I do use a basket stitch (behind) though for extra stability.

I always cross the stitches through the bead and I don't see it makes much difference to the finished product.  I just want my beads secured well to the piece.

There is no right or wrong way. It doesn't really matter which way you do it. I always use a full cross stitch because I like the beads to lay up and down versus on an angle.
