Just wondering if there is a right way to stitch beads on cross stitch. Using full cross stitch so that the beads lay straight up and down or half cross stitch so that the beads lay diaagonally?.

I find that a full 'x' stitch works best too. gets a bit fiddly to put the second stitch through but if you use a fine point needle, it makes life a lot easier :)

I have never done a full cross when attaching beads.  I do use a basket stitch (behind) though for extra stability.
