Pattern is incomplete.  There are four lines of stitching missing where the top part of pattern meets the bottom.  Line #'s 11-14 are missing.  Line #10 is at the top of the bottom half of pattern.  Line #26 is at the bottom of the top half of pattern.  
There is a small piece of pattern separate but that is for the toe.  Thank you.
