When my uncle told me the story about the cross stitch Santa they rescued from my mother's trash, I couldn't remember what it looked like. Absolutely beautiful!  I am so glad that recovered him before he was lost that would have been a shame.  It is a wonderful thing to see pieces that we did years ago that our loved ones still cherish :)
