I am going to order my qsnap today. :) I do stitch at a desk, but my current hoop is 8" and I like that size. So I'm going to get an 8" with a 3" extension to also try the 11" size. I do the same with my Q snaps, I have all different extensions & sizes & can fit them to what I want to work on, when I get into larger projects I just make a bigger frame with them & use my floor stand to hold it to make it easier.  hugs:):)
