Yes, I have it on Windows 8.1 (not this download but my own purchased copy). I don't know if the person who downloaded this included the key/registration.

Just a note but PCStitch does pay a lot of attention on registration. And the program has to be registered to fully function. I use my own purchased copy on Windows 8.1. If I switched to Windows 10 they would automatically provide any new updates if there were any. Hope this helps.
