I downloaded all the parts, tried to extract them but got several errors including:
PCS PRO 9.part01.rar: Cannot create PCStitch_Inst.exe
    Access is denied.
PCS PRO 9.part01.rar: Packed data CRC failed in PCStitch_Inst.exe. The volume is corrupt
!   
PCS PRO 9.part01.rar: No files to extract

And this is just from the part01 rar file. Please tell me I didn't just throw away 300 coins for a useless download :-(  I have tried downloading the parts again, and still all the errors. Any ideas?

I did buy all 12 parts, and downloaded all 12  parts. Part 1, 4, 11, and 12 all have corrupted files. That is why I was wondering if there is a way to be reimbursed...
