Just a little helpful idea you can use a dryer sheet, made by diferent companies sheet that you throw into your dryer with your laundry to soften and make smell nice. I have never had or heard of any deterioration and I have been using dryer sheets and thread heaven thread conditioner for over 30 years. Hope that makes you feel better to maybe give it a try :)  Post time 2020-2-8 03:05

I have been doing that for a long time. I just get a box of sheets at the dollar store and cut them into smallish pieces and put them in a zip lock bag. That way I always have some handy :)

Unfortunately, in my country we do not have such luxuries. Normally I use good white candle - cut into a small piece. I wax my threads on this piece before using. It helps to avoid thread tangles, and goes more smoothly in and out of the cloth.
