It's not too difficult to do yourself if you have a frame that will fit. I lace over the backing board.

If you mean the fabric of a finished piece, that's a technique called lacing. There's a great tutorial on it here with pictures and instructions. :D

She was either banned (for reasons I don't know), hacked (and subsequently the hacker was banned), or asked for a ban to clear her name from chcross (sometimes a drastic last step if the badguys track you down and threaten legal trouble). :'(
