I should know better, I have had the same problem for years. I knew it was bothering me and just kept forgetting to wear the brace. All I have to do is wear it a few nights a week when I go to sleep and I just forgot. I think i will do much better remembering know. I had forgotten how painful it was. I am feeling so much better, thanks so much for your well wishes.

I should know better, I have had the same problem for years. I knew it was bothering me and just kept forgetting to wear the brace.
